Preston Lemanski has been in the painting business since 1998, and founded PAL Painting & Construction Services in 2004. He has been involved in hundreds of painting and wallcovering projects over his career. Preston holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and SSPC (Society for Protective Coatings) C-1 Certification. In addition, he has successfully managed and completed projects in all major public and private sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, government, retail, educational, health care, and manufacturing.

Mike Flaherty joined PAL Painting in 2015. Flaherty is a MA-licensed Construction Supervisor with 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Previous to joining PAL Painting, he spent eight years as a representative for the Sherwin Williams Paint Company. As Director of Sales and Business Development, Mike supervises all project managers and field staff in their day-to-day work to ensure PAL Painting delivers the highest level of quality and customer service. This dedication to service helps him build long-term relationships with customers.

Paul Riley is Controller at PAL Painting. In his position, he is responsible for all financial activities of the company. He brings with him over 20 years of accounting experience working for both general contractors and subcontractors alike in the New England area. A graduate of St. Joseph's College of Maine with a BS in Business Management, Paul works closely with the PAL team to assure financial progress of all projects. Outside of work away from his calculator, he enjoys traveling, following the Red Sox around the country, working on his antique Ford Bronco, and spending time with family and friends.

Hans is the newest member of our team. He has over 28 years of residential and commercial painting experience, the last 24 running his own painting company. He has worked with homeowners, realtors, and designers to deliver excellent service and a quality paint job. As the Field Manager, Hans is responsible for all paint crews, working with them ensure projects are completed on schedule and safely. When not wrangling his 3 boys, Hans enjoys hiking and growing Bonsai.
